Chicken Quinoa

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp butter (grass fed)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp sea salt/black pepper
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled, chopped
  • 2lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts
  1. Add all ingredients except chicken, mix well. Place chicken on top of mixture
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours
