Bulkin Balls

IMG_2685Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  •  1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 TBSP honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup trail mix

Directions:

  1. Add dates, egg whites, banana, whey protein and peanut butter in blender and blend until smooth

  1. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well

  1. Put mixture in the fridge for at least 20 minutes
  2. Roll into individual sized servings
