Endless options, here is one!

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2oz ground turkey
  • 2TBLS shredded cheese
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped red pepper
  • Chopped yellow pepper
  • Chopped zucchini
  • Black pepper


1. Get organized, pre-heat frying pan on medium heat for 1-2 minutes



2. Pour eggs (whipped) and egg whites into frying pan (leave them to the heat for 30 – 60sec)

3. Add all other ingredients. I used to attempt doing this neatly on one side of the eggs… don’t do that, just put everything in the middle



4. With a spatula, keep pushing the egg toward the centre. As you can see this is a football sized omelette so it took about 5 minutes until it was ready to flip, a smaller one may not take as long.  When the egg stops leaking out its probably ready to flip.





5. Get your spatula underneath and flip it… ready to go!
