  • 1 Portobello mushroom
  • 3tbsp Salsa
  • 1.5tbsp Almond slices
  • 1.5tbsp parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Pace mushrooms upside down on cooking tray, add salsa, nuts and parmesan cheese
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes
