Baked Salmon

  • 8oz Salmon
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil
  • sea salt & black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  1. Preheat oven 400F
  2. Place skin side of salmon down on foil lines baking sheet
  3. Brush with melted coconut oil
  4. Season with salt, pepper and paprika
  5. Bake for 10 minutes for every inch of thickness, remove from oven, cover with aluminum foil and wait 5-10 minutes
