• Portobello mushroom
  • Whole egg
  • Delhi chicken
  • Parsley
  • Toothpicks (maybe)
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit
  2. Remove stem from mushroom
  3. Place chicken inside portobello mushroom creating a little bowl
  4. If the mushroom is not deep enough fold the corner of chicken, stick a toothpick through the edge.  Do this at four corners and you should have created a nice will bowl
  5. Crack the egg and poor egg into your chicken bowl
  6. Place your ‘golden portobello’ in the oven for 20-30 minutes
  7. Top with salt, pepper & parsley
