Lemon Dill Shrimp

  • 6oz shrimp
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter (grass fed)
  • Dill weed
  • sea salt & black pepper
  1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper & dill weed
  2. Add butter to frying pan on medium heat
  3. Add shrimp, sauté until cooked through, stir frequently
