Each option are possible additions to cottage cheese OR greek yogurt.  Use cottage cheese when you are shooting for less sugar and more protein.


These are great snacking and ‘rushed’ breakfast options.

Option #1 (this is delicious with cottage cheese)

  1. Granola
  2. Apple chunks
  3. Cinnamon

  1. Raisins

  1. Blueberries
  2. Granola

There are thousands of options, experiment… Cottage cheese on its own is not the most tasteful (its kinda gross), combine the right ingredients and its a favourite.
