TURKEY BALLS

INGREDIENTS:IMG_1643

  • 500 grams ground turkey
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • Montreal chicken spice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Add turkey, oats and egg to a large mixing bowl
  3. Mix until combined
  4. Create turkey balls (about the size of a golf ball), season with Montreal chicken spice (or your preference)
  5. Place turkey balls on baking sheet about 1″ apart
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
