SIMPLE CHICKEN BUGERS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g ground chickenChicken Burgers
  • 2 TBSP MontrĂ©al chicken spice
  • 1 cup uncooked oats
  • 1 egg
  • 2TBSP avocado oil

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients above, mix well
  2. Create 3 burgers (A little extra Montreal chicken spice on top doesn’t hurt either)
  3. Add avocado oil to frying pan and pre-heat on high
  4. Fry chicken burgers for 30-60 seconds/side
  5. BBQ for 5-8 minutes each side or until desired doneness
