Once you start marinating your meat, you just can’t go back.   I have recently been filling zip-lock bags with various marinade concoctions and approximately 2 days worth of meat.  This has saved me a tremendous amount of time, I have found that by marinating my meat it makes the ‘left overs’ more enjoyable!


  • Chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 TBSP Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup White wine
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 TBSP Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh pepper
  • 2 TBSP Fresh parsley

  1. In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients (aside from the chicken) mix ingredients together
  2. Add chicken to zip lock bag (I put about 1 pound in each bag)
  3. Add mixture to zip lock back
  4. Refrigerate for 24 hours, toss it in the freezer if you wont be using it in the next day.
