PINEAPPLE PORK

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 500g Pork Cutlets

Marinade:

  1. 1 cup pineapple
  2. 1/2 cup parsley
  3. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  4. 1/4 cup avocado oil
  5. Pinch of salt

Directions:

  • Add all marinade ingredients to blender and mix well
  • Poor contents from blender into zip-lock bag with pork cutlets
  • Place zip-lock bag into refrigerator for minimum 30 minutes
  • BBQ — Chops 3/4″ +
  1. Preheat grills as high as it will go
  2. Put pork chops on grill for 1 minute on each side
  3. Turn down the heat to medium, cook for 3 minutes each side
  4. Turn the grill down to lowest setting and continue cooking until the center reaches 145 degrees F
