Top Round Roast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp sea salt & back pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, halved
  • 1/2 medium onion

  1. Poor red wine and water into slow cooker
  2. In a separate bowl, combine herbs, salt & pepper with olive oil.  Cover roast with mixture and place in slow cooker
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours
