1. 1 can (540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1/4 cup coconut oil
  4. 1/2 cup honey
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  8. 1/4 cup chocolate chips


  1. Combine all ingredients except cocoa powder and chocolate chip in a food processor or blender.  Mix until smooth, runny batter.  There should not be any large lumps of bean.
  2. Add cocoa powder and chocolate chip, stir until combined
  3. Poor into 8×8 pan
  4. Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until middle is set
  5. Prepare to be blown away how a bean can make a brownie!
