OATMEAL MAPLE SHAKE

  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • 2 scoops vanilla proteinblernf
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 2 TBSP almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Add all ingredients to a blender, BLEND, and your good to go!
