PEPPERMINT OATMEAL SHAKE

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
  • oatmeal1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 cups non-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint abstract

Toss all of these ingredients in a blender, fire it up and your good to go!
