Grilled Lemon Chicken


  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 6oz skinless boneless chicken breasts


  1. Stir together lemon juice, soy sauce, ground ginger, black pepper; pour into large zip-lock bag
  2. Add chicken breasts to mixture, massage to evenly coat chicken breast
  3. Preheat BBQ to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  4. Remove chicken breast from bag and place on pre-heated grill.  Grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, juices should run clear
