Balsamic Marinated Steak

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 Sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 pounds skirt or flank steak

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in large zip lock bag. Marinate in refrigerator overnight
  2. Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.  Grill for 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium. Remove from heat for 5 minutes before serving
